Facebook Pic of the Week: 13 to 19 April 2015

We had a special theme on Facebook during this particular week - all about Cheetahs...and the hashtag to use was #CharmingCheetahs.

We received some great high quality photos of Africa's fastest mammal - yet this moment captured by Daryl Dell stood out...the look of disdain on the cub's face as mommy is cleaning him just appeals to every parent out there! Check out more of his work on his FACEBOOK PAGE.

It was an open theme again for this particular week on our Facebook Page - so #AnythingGoes as long as it is "nature" and photographed in Africa!

This photo of an Oryx (Gemsbok) in the Kalahari desert caught our eye - so well done to Felix Reinders. Check out more of his photography by visiting his WEBSITE!

Facebook Pic of the Week: 30 March to 5 April 2015

We are falling behind with these weekly picks, sorry! Let's start again.
Our theme for this particular week was #OceanViews - and we asked our Facebook community to share photos of Africa's coastline vistas and the animals that call it home.

We received some amazing photos, and this one from Peter Chadwick stood out! It shows a close-up view of a colony of Cape Gannets on the South African West Coast. See more of Peter's work on his WEBSITE.
